Faconnable was started in 1961 in the France by Albert Goldberg who had taken over his father's classic tailor shop to introduce his own elegant sportwear collection. He called the collection "Faconnable" from the word "falconer" meaning"to create". Faconnable was known for superior chairmanship and unwavering attention to detail that turned simple materials into a celebration of richness and luxury.
